Physical well-being is an important part of Inspired Aging. We offer classes and activities that focus on core concepts such as balance and mobility it could be yoga one day, jui-jitsu the next alongside nutritionist-approved menus to promote a healthy, happy lifestyle.

The WESTliving INspire Activities program nurtures our residents by engaging them across the 7 dimensions of life:
