West Partners is an independent investor with a focus on the long-term and a simple approach to investing: invest in good companies with good management and expect solid returns. Most investments are made with the expectation the holding period will be forever. The company is self-funded and the capital they invest is their own. This results in portfolio companies receiving its undivided attention and focus. In addition, its self-funded approach means additional capital will be available to portfolio companies when additional growth opportunities present themselves. Its substantial size and self-funded structure allow West Partners to make decisions efficiently.

WESTliving was formed in 2009 to develop and acquire a broad spectrum of senior housing options, all of which include a combination of services and programs. Each community enables residents to retain their independence and privacy while enjoying the peace of mind of a supportive and caring environment. WESTliving owns communities in Los Angeles, Carlsbad and Palm Springs, California as well as Scottsdale, Arizona. Growth will continue throughout California and the surrounding Western United States.

West Inn & Suites, an independent boutique hotel featuring 86 rooms with 36 suites opened its doors to in May of 2006. This pet-friendly hotel prides itself in superior guest service with value added amenities. Competing with brand properties in the local market makes unique services and amenities the hallmark for success. A complimentary breakfast buffet, free parking and Wi-Fi along with shuttle service within Carlsbad were the core value standards since opening. West Inn and Suites' amenities include: Aveda products, a heated swimming pool (salt-water) and spa along with a business and fitness center. Our seasonal wine pour along with cookies and milk at bedtime make for a most enjoyable stay.

The second restaurant, Bistro West®, can be described as a chef driven bistro, serving contemporary comfort foods. It also features a diverse international wine list with an extensive selection of wines by the glass. Since it opened in May of 2007, the goal remains the same; we promise to provide our guests great food, wines and service in a beautiful restaurant.

The first restaurant in Cannon Court was an exciting fine dining steak house, West Steak Seafood & Spirits®. The goal was to provide a fantastic dining experience by featuring only the finest foods, wine and service in a beautiful surrounding. This restaurant opened in December of 2005 to rave reviews and continues to build on its success. West Steak Seafood & Spirits® specializes in prime steaks, but also has a large menu of appetizers, salads, seafood and homemade desserts.

Westmart® was the first building in Cannon Court and opened for business in January of 2004. This premier gas station has 16 gasoline and 8 diesel fueling points along with a convenience store. Priding itself on competitive pricing, clean facilities, and excellent customer service, Westmart® adds to the amenities available at Cannon Court.

Rancho Carlsbad Golf Club joined the WEST family of companies in January of 2010. It is a full service executive style golf property offering a par 56, 18-hole golf course and state of the art practice facility. This family environment has all the amenities for your golfing enjoyment including; certified instruction programs, corporate tournament outings, fully equipped pro shop and deli style food service. The golf club is open every day of the year from sun up to sun down.
